Action Credit Services LLC in Tucson Arizona is wanting to take our coach over they say they make our payments until they find someone to take the Coach over and make our payment to our bank and if that party doesn't make the payment they will , we owe on it they say that we wouldn't have to ever make another payment and after the party they give it to make payment for a couple of years that Action Credit Service LLC will re fiancé so that the party can pay them at a lower payment ... Has anyone dealth with Action Credit Services LLC .Any help on this would be greatly appreciated .. Thank You

IMHO, if it seems to good to be true, it probably is.

I can't begin to imagine all the ways this could go sour for the original owner!

Sounds hinkey to me as well. Examine the fine print very carefully before you sign anything, do not go on verbal promises.Anything they promise you, even if it is in writing, YOU, and you alone, are still on the hook to your current finance company. What happens when the coach is gone and the bank comes back to you looking for missing payments? The bank will not give a rat's bleep about any promises from "Action Credit Services".Personally I would never allow anyone top take over payments on anything.

Are you expecting any extra money from the deal, if so they will eat it all up with fees.

Believe it or not, you are lucky. At least the bank found the rig to repossess it. If they hadn't, they would have sued you for the entire balance. If you have some money, you can usually negotiate a settlement on the deficiency balance However, your credit is now ruined for the next 7 plus years unless you have a very understanding banker and they are willing to remove the repossession in exchange for quick repayment of the deficiency. It is at least worth asking. The moral of the story is there is no one who is going to bail you out of a bad situation and if someone says they will, they are lying and you are only going to go deeper into the hole.

Under no circumstances deal with this company. We placed our Coach with them with the understanding the payments are guaranteed. The people who had our coach got behind and I contacted Tom Kennedy the owner to get the payments caught up immediately. He gave me the run around for months. Before I could recover our Coach the Bank repo'd it. We now have no coach and owe the bank a ton of money. Thank you. I hope you get to read this before it's to late.

The website is a landing page with NOTHING behind it. The "contact us" is Success Consulting !?!? with no response on Google.

SCAM/RUN AWAY/DON'T EVEN ANSWER THE PHONE, they are probably very smooth talkers.

The OP doesn't exactly say that they are underwater with the RV. Perhaps they traded in another coach when they bought this one and they actually do have some equity in their present coach. In that case, this may be a good deal for Action Credit.

Unless they can sell your MH for more than you can, then you will be financing their business, one way or another.
You are still liable for the debt!!! For that reason alone I would avoid the entire situation.

WOW....I thought you guys were kidding about the website CLICKY. I guess they couldn't afford spell check. If you go to their Inventory and Client headers, they take you to the instructions the web builder or client was suppose to use to fill in the information.

I wouldn't let them sell a bicycle.

You will still owe any balance assuming you are underwater like most of us, but you may be able to protect your credit.
