I talked to the owner in Quartzsite, and one of the nice things, at least he said you could do, is if you have problems, you can call him directly. Wholesale warranty isn't the insurer per se, they're brokers for various companies that offer extended warranties, which are really extended service contracts. They're similar to many independent insurance brokers. One of the reasons I went with them, was all the good comments I read about them on here and other sites.
