Intermittant 12v coach issue

Question

I have an 06 Fleetwood Excursion that I have had since new. Recently I have ran into an intermittent 12v issue where the coach loses all 12v power on the coach side. Sometimes is barely enough to light the lowest LED on the battery strength meter. Then slowly the power returns to full strength. It does the random while on 50a power or no shore power.

All 4 6v batts are good and charged. I checked them tonight and all have around 6.4v All my connections are tight.

Any thoughts? I have no idea what to check.

Poor connection on the main 12 volt fuse   150 to 300 amp fuse.

I cleaned that, I have a full 13.5 volts on the outbound side of the fuse, I only have 4. 4 volts going into the fuse box on the coach battery terminal. Of course I have no idea what is between them
