I didn't know Kelly tire was sub of Goodyear. Kelly is one of only a rew bands that hold up on WY gravel roads. I was happy with them on my PU. I bought Kelly tires to replace y Michelin tires when they had less than 10,000 miles. I was getting a couple of flats a week with Michelins. Stone bruises. Every time I went into the store they say oh running over more arrow heads. Never had a flat with the Kelly tires. They used the Kelly tires in the oil fields in WY in 2000. Don't know what they use now. Kelly tires have been hard to find up here recently. My 08 PU has Goodyear & at 45,000 miles I haven't had a stone bruise flat on gravel roads. JMHO
