Lack of engine or exhaust brake on ford super c

I have checked the ford super c's the last 2 years and noticed they don't have the engine/exhaust brake on them and since they have a 10,000lb towing capacity thought that odd! Why would they not have...

Tow/haul mode activates engine braking on the Ford diesel. It's part of the turbo vane control strategy ust like the other newer diesels, but they didn't put an extra button on until this year.
