leveling system replacement

I just returned home from a cross country trip to the HWH factory in Moscow Iowa to have my leaking obsolete leveling system replaced with a direct airbag leveling system by HWH.

We were there 2 1/2 days and they removed the front hydraulic jacks, disconnected the rear jacks ( as rear wheels and tires had to be removed to remove these)and capped all the lines.

The old dash console was removed and a new HWH console was custom installed to fit in the same location. This was a custom replacement so all of the wiring harnesses had to be custom made in-house too.

A new air compressor, a front and rear manifold, and all the air lines were fitted and installed along with all the custom wiring. The hydraulic tank was still needed as the l/r slideout is operated by hydraulics tank pressure. They filled the tank , bled the air, and checked the slide for proper operation.

The whole system took 2 1/2 days to finish with several in factory checks, then again outside it was checked out several times to be sure it worked correctly.

We are pleased with the work that was done and very happy with the treatment by all the staff, Ashley, Jeff, and the shop foreman down to the technicians and engineers were all a pleasure to work with.
