Lippert leveling system touch pad problem

The ON/OFF button for my LCI electronic leveling system on my 2014 Winnebago Sightseer 33C does not work. Pressing the button on the touch pad (part # 234802) does nothing. I can level my rv using either of the 2 remote leveling switches. When I do, the touchpad screen activates showing the leveling progress as if I had used the ON/OFF button. Likewise, I use the remote switches to raise the jacks.
Any ideas as to what's wrong with the button ... any easy button fix?

Sounds like the switch is kaput. I have found Lipper/LCI customer service to be very helpful. Give them a call at 432-547-7378 tomorrow.
