Location of 2006 HR Fresh Water pump?

Our water pump in the 2006 HR Scepter is inoperative and I can't find it! We lived in the rig for a couple months during Hurricane Michael, and I noticed it running excessively when we were having to use the water tank. After a few weeks, we got water pressure back, so I could start hooking up to city water and I didn't think about the pump anymore. Now there is NO response, fuse is good, but no reaction from the pump and no light activity when trying to engage it. Any Idea where I can find this illusive creature?

  • The manabloc is pictured below. Yours should be behind a stainless steel door on the passenger side. Mine is the second compartment ahead of the drive axle. Mine has a push button to open that door. The aquahot is in the same location. Let us know once you've found it.....Dennis

What is a Manabloc? I didn't look today, but looked everywhere I could think of on Monday. It seems that HR (Monaco) would put the pumps in the same place on every unit - guess that is not the case!
  • Mine was mounted on the back wall of the wet basement compartment.
  • It should be in the compartment behind the Manabloc. Open that door and it should be in there. There's a filter on it so that may be all that's wrong with it. OTOH if it ran continuously it may be fried. BTW, your filters should be in that same compartment. Might want to check them while you're there....Dennis
  • Our Dynasty had it in the water bay compartment between the fresh water tank and the water manifolds. In the center bay, you should have some sliding doors so that you can access that area.

It should be near your water tank like said above.

    Good luck,
    MM.

Both of mine have been in bays without a slideout above.
  • find your fresh water tank, look for the lowest line on the tank and follow it and see where it goes, should be about 1/2 inch hose, your pump should be on the other end...
