Looking for Dinghy Weighing Less than 4500 but can Tow 7K

Just checked the F-150 tow ratings for trucks under 4500lb curb weight (REGULAR CAB 4x4's, the 4x4's should be flat towable) and any engine configuration can tow in excess of 7500lbs
