LP still flowing to stove after turning off tank!

I also second of going to a real, "Hank Hill" propane dealer. Were it me, unless the tank is really specially shaped, I'd toss it and buy a new one. My safety, especially with a leaking valve, is worth a lot more than the couple C-notes a replacement tank would cost to have installed and plumbed in.
