Is she driving, and battery went dead? Should not have. NOT sure if Master Disconnect has to be ON for Chassis to charge House Battery. It DOES have to be ON for the onboard Converter/Charger to charge it. But that's only if there's 120-Volts-AC (from campground power pedestal or coach's Generator) available.
So is she Driving or Camped? If Camped with campground power, no need to turn the 12-Volt-DC system OFF. Should be ON to recharge the House Battery.
