- Bruce_BrownModerator^^^ The OP was asking about a full body wrap, not a cover. Two totally different things.
- wa8yxmExplorer IIIThere exists a thread CURRENT Thread either on one of these or another of the forum families I visit by a RV owner who just uncovered his RV for spring.. and found MOLD and MILDEW on his roof and is asking hot to get rid of it.
What happened: The cover trapped moisture. mold and mildew happened.
And that is all I have to say. - Executive45Explorer IIII had mine wrapped once. The high school kids who did it had to come back, (I knew who they were) and remove all the toilet paper and throw it away. I then bought everyone pizza....:)...Dennis

Good one lol - filrupmarkExplorerWell ,That's a wrap !
- jplante4Explorer III inspected a Hurricane that had a full wrap when it became a makeup studio for a fashion mag. The new owner ripped off the wraop and basically had a new bus.
The clear coat is peeling off the mural on the back of the Sahara. I'm considering a wrap with a pic of the current mural to cover it before it deteriorates beyond repair. - SGTJOEExplorer IIWell, so much for a wrap. Thanks for all the comments.
- Bill_SatelliteExplorer IIThey are not cheap but they look very good "from a distance". The material is only rated for about 5 years but I know of several RVers who have done it and are happy with it. I even saw a band tour bus that had been wrapped and it even looked pretty good close up. I would estimate you can get it done for about 1/2 the cost of doing the necessary prep on your coach and having it painted unless you can get it to Mexico where you can get it all done well and cheaply.
That's my plan, anyway, I just have to find the time. - dblrExplorerAgree on not cheap, got a price to wrap my Kenworth to match our camper...$8,500, now looking to see what a paint job will cost instead.
- Dick_BExplorerI'm thinking that the body wrap might be helpful IF it was really air tight but I doubt that it would be. Since it is not water would get inside the wrap and cause moisture and mold problems.
