Running lights do not work...no cab lights....brake lights OK, signal lights OK.....FUSE MAYBE??

I also would start at the fuse and if it was bad you need to find out what caused it to blow. Possibly water intrusion in the light fixture. Possibly a ground wire that is loose or corroded. JMO
