Mud Flaps Needed Before Inspection..!!

Well, I ended up calling another place first and ended up going to them instead of the first guy who turned me down for inspection. They inspected it with no problems.
The thing that gets me is that yesterday I drove by an RV dealer and looked at some Class C motorhomes and NONE of them had Mud Flaps and all had current inspection stickers. So I guess that first guy just didn't know the law and thought it applied to my Class C.
