- BurbManExplorer IIWhat part of town are you moving to? Storage lots in my area are booked solid as a result of the pandemic-driven RV boom.
We moved here last May and the real estate market was hotter than it was in NYC; houses go on the market, are bid up over asking price and sell in a day or two. - DanandAlexExplorerI'm actually moving to Westfield. But I didn't see any places in that area so I'm willing to find a storage place in a 50 mile radius. I looked at Guardian RV Storage but they wanted $490 for unheated space. I'm currently paying $163 for a 12 X 40 covered space with electric in Texas, that's why I'm willing to go further out to find something. My other option is to sell my motorhome.
Dan - BurbManExplorer IIMight want to try Hawkeye in Pittsboro, he's 38 miles away. Westfield/Carmel/Zionsville is the hi-rent district, I would look West and possibly South in the Avon area where there is lot of new development.
We looked for a long time to find a home that was not subject to HOA rules so we could park the camper in our yard, and at the same time not way out in the cornfields where it takes 30 mins to get to the grocery store.
