Need Help - 1999 Ford F53 V-10 Wiring
I have a dilemma that I a trying to overcome. I went online and paid an ASE Ford mechanic for help. I did get general help but nothing I did not already know after research.
The first picture shows the IAT (Incoming Air Temperature) sensor wire that heads to the PCM chewed into by mice. The gray wire goes to pin #39 and the gray/red stripe wire goes to pin #91 (shared with other sensors). On some 2000 and later, the IAT is integrated with the MAF sensor.
The second picture shows the hole that goes through the flap attached below the firewall. The IAT wire goes somewhere into the engine compartment. Anyone on board know exactly where?
I did find the Cylinder Head Temperature sensor wire chewed into and was able to trace it and repair it.
