Need holddown idea for stuff on shower ledges
I'm looking for ideas on some sort of fence to hold shampoo etc in the locations shown on the photo below. The shower is tight and we do NOT want to put soap dispensers or other objects anywhere else...

we have straps above the shelf from corner to corner of the shower--two. 
they hold everything we need and go nowhere. never have to move anything. just go and except for this last REALLY bad road (and then we had lots of stuff on the floor), they stay put.
