I like Forest River myself (if I was buying a new one). Nice floor plans and seem like good quality coaches.
4 whopping cylinders on Toyota RV's. Talk about great getting good MPG. Also I have a very light foot on the pedal. I followed some MPG advice on Livingpress.com and I now get 22 MPG! Not bad for a home on wheels.

Like LetsRV, we just downsized from a Holiday Rambler Class A diesel pusher to a Class C.

Our choice was a Forest River Sunseeker. It had all the amenities that we wanted plus a ton of storage space. In Forest River terms, the Forester compared to the Sunseeker is identical to Winnebago compared to Itaska. Same floor plans, one adds some flash and splash and cost more. We chose the Sunseeker because our local dealer does not carry the Forester.

By the way, Forest River has something like 23 manufacturing plants in the US and makes all types of RV's, including several models of Class A's and Class C's, plus all types of towables, transit vehicles and even pontoon boats!

Forest River has a very active user forum at this LINK. You don't even have to join to read the posts.

What didn't you like about the Aspect? Would help with other suggestions.

We recently downsized from a Class A to a Class C. Looked for over a year and finally decided on the Forest River Forester 3011DSF.
It met all of our requirements: Good storage inside and out. Walk around bed. Fiberglass roof. Front entertainment center.

Had our maiden voyage last week and all went very well. Spent a week at the coast and only found a couple of small issues to be addressed when we got back. So far impressed and happy with unit.

Good luck with your search.
Due to depreciation the above opinions are now worth less than what you paid for them.

We are all good at something.....
I just happen to be a good bad example.

You can see mine in my signature. My daughter has a Nexus Viper. Both 30'. Both are nice. Been RVing since early 70's with 14 yrs full timing. IMO, the Aspect is better built and much better supported by the mfr. Daughter's experience with Nexus is that it takes multiple calls (as in more than a half dozen over 2 weeks) to even get a call back. Then follow through on promises made is non existent. Voice mail boxes are full for weeks on end and owner's wife is bitchy if you try to contact owner at home #. Daughter is more easy going than I am. I would be camped in front of their facility with a nasty sign or two if it were me.
