after 4 Winnebago products I will be first to admit I am bias but by the same token they have been in continuous business for many many years and customer support is very good. All 4 units have been basically trouble free except small things like day/night shades need restringing after 6 years etc. the 400 ISL would be nice but our little cummins 5.9 has been down the road for 90,000 miles now (bought new)with nothing but maintenece. so all things being equal with maintence records, fit and finish etc between the units you are looking at, I would pick the horizon. It is also on a Freightliner chasis that has services centers all over the country. Good luck and enjoy your choice. tom
