One Place control panel lcd screen black out

the control panel on my rig blacked out this week as we were leaving for JAX. I suspect, but am not sure, that a low battery voltage dung generator start caused the printed circuit board to shut itself off.
ONline seaches revealed that the OEM maker was Precision Circuits from Illinois, and their website indicated the lcd model was discontinued. Their customer service rep (630) 515-9100 patiently explained that they did indeed have the boards in stock, and suggested that a reset might be accomplished by taking the board out of the wall and disconnecting the power molex (center of three molex connectors) and see if the system resets. For the 00-10032-100 coded panel, there are no button-push reset options. The method worked, and Precision Circuits saved me $251 plus sh. BTW- Camping World gave me a quote for $444.50 +sh+tax.

Yankee Clipper,

Great to hear you were able to resolve the problem with a little bit of detective work.

As with anything which uses a computer circuit of any type, before you do anything...find the power connection and disconnect it for 10 seconds or so. Then reconnect it to see if it works. Or, in simple language "Shut it off and turn it back on again!". 🙂

Thank for telling your story. Hopefully it help others to escape an expensive repair as well.
