Pro Hitches in Southlake TX

Just a heads up about Pro Hitches in Southlake TX. I ordered some parts from them almost 2 months ago off their website. They processed my credit card and sent me an email indicating they would send a tracking number. Never heard from them again. Sent them several emails, with no response. Called them several times, was only able to leave messages, and no one returned my call. Finally was able to talk to someone using a different number then what's on the website and they said parts were on back order and I would get them before Christmas. Still no parts. Started investigating and have found they have a BB rating of F. Read several posts where people had the same problem as me, no parts and being told parts are on back order if they were lucky to talk to someone. I did contact my CC company and was lucky to get credit for the parts. So, just a word of caution, be careful.
