We have a 24 ft C, I sleep up top. and the DW on the dinette bed. This works great for us.
If you both plan to sleep in the same bed. The only option, is the cabover bed in the 22 ft.
If you are like us, you will find that to be a poor option. My DW felt cluastrophic up top, so that was a problem.
As well as if one has to potty, or gets up early, you are climbing all over each other. Which is made more difficult by the low ceiling clearance.
To me, that is the big factor, in which one you choose. Couch or not, would probably not be a big deal
