I am in the process of replacing the tv and modifying the console on a 04 Holiday Rambler Vacationer.
there is a wire sensor and a protecting cover under the console the cover is deteriorated and would like to replace it. I have no idea what component is this nor what it's purpose it is. I have call a couple of places and no body can help. I would appreciate if some body out there is familiar with this gadget and can help.
Thank you and you'll have a great day.
Jose

When I replaced the TV on my 2005 HR Ambassador, I had a sensor mounted to the bottom of my console. It sensed the temp for the front a/c thermostat. It was not accurate by any means because of the heat coming through the windshield. I moved mine over to the pass side cabinet and it worked much better. There was also 1 mounted in the bedroom, above the bed for the rear a/c.

Im not sure on senior. But HR I think is close to the Mandalay. I can send you pics of what I did. I removed the frame that held old TV. Used a swing out mount. Came out great and sits back further. I fit a 42 inch.

Good Luck
