I replaced my fridge with another of the same brand (Dometic). Same size, nothing to modify. Take the old one out, slip in the new one...turn it on. Fast and simple. The only difference was the old one came with an ice maker, which after the first trip, wife demanded I remove it. (Took up too much room in the freezer, she said...so I did.)
The new one does not have an ice maker.
