I went with National Interstate when I was a new RVer because I thought it was important to go with a company well versed in the details of RV issues. I received no communication from them after the initial signup and considered myself a distant number to them. After a year and time to study and think about it I changed to my auto and home insurer. They have a category for RVs and are also prepared for the issues and I got a multiple account discount. I have been a very low claim customer there for 40 years, have a relationship with my local agent, and feel more likely to be of value to them as a continuing customer. I think the value of an "RV insurer" is over-rated.
