Help! I am a new owner of a Georgetown 377, and one thing I can't seem to figure out is how to recline the chair. Dealer told me it was just a swivel chair, but looking at it tonight it is a recline...

It may be bent and out of line with the reclining mechanism underneath. My grandson bought a new one that would not recline and I turned it over and found it probably had been dropped in a sideway angle and the sliding was binding. I realigned it and works fine now.
