Matt,
First off, you've stated your coach and model. But, just wondering, what chassis? I'm not all that familiar with Monaco's so, I don't know what chassis they came with. But, I also don't know if you have a diagnostic round connector, at the rear of your coach, just above the radiator. That is, if yours is a REAR RADIATOR. I'm going to try and link a picture of the diagnostic port on mine. It's very typical of many diesel rear radiator coaches but, not necessarily ALL of them.
Now, if this picture comes through, all you'll really see is the cap for the diagnostic port, not the port itself. But, if you have one, on the rear, I'd bet dollars to donuts that you'd have the identical front one, just to the left of the steering column and, usually it's tucked pretty deep down in that area. It may be consealed by a loom or, something else.
But, at least on most, that cap is a gray cerrated cap, typically right at 1 1/8" in diameter. That cap usually takes about 1/3 of turn to remove it from the connector. One thing here, DO NOT LOOSE THAT CAP!!! If you do, it will run you a measly TWENTY DOLLARS at your local Diesel service center, JUST FOR THE CAP! Typically, it's tethered on a small connector so it doesn't get lost.
But, any way, take a look deep into that lower, left steering column area, quite possibly up against or, even attached to the firewall just a few inches up from the floor. There seems to be no real rhyme or reason for the area they're installed. Good luck.
