Sewage hose assembly question

Another newbie question regarding our 1998 Dodge Roadtrek Versatile-190. The hinge for the sewage hose assembly is rusted closed. For the last few days I have been blasting it with PB Blaster and rapping it with a small hammer to try to free it up. I am thinking of applying some heat with a propane torch while protecting the pipe and cover with wet rags. Maybe the assembly will need to be replaced, but I'm not sure where I could get a replacement. Any suggestions would be appreciated. I have tried to attach a photo, but may not work.

I was able to remove the hinge by grinding off the heads of the pop rivets and gently pushing them out of the pipe. I didn't want to risk puncturing the flex hose by drilling them out. I heated the hinge to red hot with a torch which freed it up, painted it, and re-installed with pop rivets. I'll make sure to keep it lubed.

A Roadtrek dealer, if they don't have it in stock, can probably get it from the manufacture, and ship it to you.
