Well, I found the leak and used the proper sealant to fix it. As for the wallpaper, I didn't have to do much since after it dried, it didn't show much buckling. I did use glue and dabbed some behind the WP and it seems to have stuck to the wall.
Because of the nature of the Wall Paper, it doesn't show that there was a leak, so I am just going to let it alone...
Oh, and I did try to iron the waves and buckling of the Wall Paper with an Iron on very low heat, but it didn't do anything... so it was a bust. But worth a try.
