I have a 2012 Itasca Suncruiser 37F. It has developed a squeak around a vent in the floor - vinyl tile floor, actually one of the tiles has come unglued from the floor and I can remove it. Good news is there is no water and it is dry. But there is about a two foot area that when I step on it squeaks. Problem is when going down a bumpy road (we have alot of those in Louisiana) it really gets aggravating. Any ideas - I tried to see how the wooden subfloor is attached but I don't see any screws where I removed the tile. Any ideas - how is the wooden subfloor attached to the unit? Upon further investigation the squeak is where the duct for the furnace meets the plywood underneath the tile floor. It seems as though the duct work is metal - can I put a few screws to attach the wood to the duct work? If so what size and type screw should I use?
