I'm an A/C contractor, we purchase dry nitrogen to pressure test and leak check air conditioners but we don't use it in our truck tires. At 10 dollars per tire, I can see it would be quite profitable but then, I don't have an issue with a business trying to make a profit. I for one, know that the government takes 40% of every dollar those people make. If someone pays them $10 for nitrogen, so be it. I've seen people pay $2.50 for a 16 oz. water and no one complains.
