Strange new DEF refill problem

I do feel for you guys with this problem. As for the pulling in the wrong way, twice I have seen people do this, each pulling a toad, and they ended up causing great confusion with the truckers who pulled into that island without realizing that the MH was pointed the wrong way and that he could not back up! One case the trucker finally backed up and let the MH out and the other almost resulted in fisticuffs as there were two trucks involved at a busy truck stop with neither one wanting to back up and finally forced the MH to unhook the toad and then back out.

Again I feel for you guys,another example of engineers who don't use MH's doing the design?
