summo springs for swaying

Sumo springs stiffen the spring rate but they offer zero dampening against continued swaying in the right circumstances. Only better shocks can offer increased dampening to prevent continued rocking.

Do you have a coach built on the Ford F53 chassis?
If so, research the "Cheap handling Fix".
It's cheap - as in the only cost is your time. Another thing to check is the condition of your rear sway bar bushings.
Those two things alone made an incredible difference to the ride of our coach.

I put sumo springs on the rear of my p32 chassis.

It helped greatly to reduce body roll.
Such as going around corners or in and out of driveways, etc.

Because my springs were fatigued, the sumo springs were in constant contact with the spring pack.

Since then, I had the leaf springs re arched and an add a leaf put in. I got my ride height back and ride quality improved even more. But now the sumo springs are about 2 inches from the spring pack so engage as more of a bump stop than a load carrying device.

The folks at Hendersons (super steer) sell sumo springs and may be able to give some more insight.

I would sooner have the sway bar replaced with something bigger. (front and rear)

X-2 on sway bars

Go over to Tiffin RV Network Forums and search. There are a number of folks that have added them and are extremely happy with them.

They are on my short list of upgrades. 2013 36LA.

p.s. If you are trying to stop rear sway, consider a trac bar.
