Mine is stored indoors on 4" ramps with metal on the ramps to prevent moisture from the concrete floor and wood ramps from dry rotting the tires. The extra 4" lift makes it perfect for servicing the chassis and changing oil, etc.
If you are looking at building or buying another place be sure and check their deed restrictions. What you want to do in the way of a RV garage may not be allowed in a lot of newer places.
