Consider yourself lucky! If the coach is serving you well and maintenance and repairs are average, then why spend $$ on replacing it? Take the savings and make some memories.
I'm also fortunate (as you are) to have a DW that is very practical. When we were looking for our first motorhome, she didn't have a lot of requirements and just wanted to have more room for our longer trips. And, it's more important to her that we have the budget to travel and enjoy, and that's what it's all about!
