Thor motor coaches, warranty service in S. Texas

We are new to RVing and having serious electrical problem with our new motor coach. Right now it is sitting at a repair shop near where we live, but it may be 4 to 6 weeks before they get to it and we would love to use our RV sometime this summer. Any recommendations on repair shops in South Texas near McAllen?
It is a 2017 Thor Vegas model.

    Call Thor and see if they will pay for a mobile RV mechanic to come to you and fix the problem.

    Is the problem Chassis or coach related..if a chassis issue, I would think any Ford dealer...Can you be a bit more specific on the issue and you might get some insight on where to go or what to do so you can enjoy the coach.
