Thoughts on a 2007 Coachmen Sportscoach Elete 40QSL

Hi, We're looking at a Sportscoach 40QSL. I'm really surprised at the placement of the water heater. You have to unscrew an outside panel to get at it for service? The chasis disconnect swit...

if its a ISC it will not so good if its a ISB
A friend of mine has a 2010 37 HR with the 340 0r 50 ISB and he says it sucks
