We in the great north west have a
Tire Dealer that is second to none. WE have been dealing with them from day one when we moved here. Today we picked up a tire weight ( of all things ) off a street here in Oak Harbor, Not knowing we had we drove the Jeep 25 miles out of town, before we felt the jeep not acting right. Seeing we had a tire very low, I attempt to change it, in doing so proceed to break the special socket that removes the lug nuts.
So I call Les Schwab and get road service, 20 minutes later we are back on the road with the spare installed by the service truck.
We follow the service truck back to the Tire center to get the tire repaired and pay the road service bill. After they find they can't repair the tire, I ask them to order a new one. and asked how much I owed them. The answer surprised me, there will be no charge for the service call. we will call when the new tire is here, and it will be 50% of the retail price. I did not know the tire had a road hazard warrantee.
