Toilet seats super loose in our '08 Dynasty Renaissance IV

Okay Monaco Dynasty experts. How do we tighten the toilet seats? Where is the access to the screws? Do we have to pull up the whole toilet? We tried going in thru the top on the back of the toilet in...

Mine is accessed by pulling up on the tile top/cover behind the seat to remove it... Velcro holds it on. You may have to remove the control board to get to the nuts... wires are long enough to move it.
