I would look at it asap. We looked for 6 months before we found our 2006 in January for about the same price. Ours has no slides but only 17,000 miles. The price looks good on this one and the miles aren't too high. Get the VIN and check the carfax. Check the date on the tires. If they are over six years old they will need replacing, even if they look good. If they are Michelins they might be recalled and you would get a new set free. From the looks of the width of the rear wheels it looks like a E450 chassis (good) with a V10 gas.

NADA HAS low retail on the rig at $23,700 and average retail at $28,000. Plus or minus depending on mileage

I've found NADA to not be close to current market prices on RVs. From the looks/year/mileage of this rig and my experience of searching for six months recently, I would expect it to be $32,000-$39,000 at a dealer.

The low hours on the generator are not good, contrary to what the ad implies. Onan wants you to run them 2 hours a month under load when not in regular use. This prevents issues with gas varnishing and corrosion from condensation. Be sure it starts, runs smoothly without hunting once warmed up, and can take the load of the roof A/C. It can easily cost $500 to have a neglected one put right.

Also research Ford handling issues here, so you'll know how important the test drive is and what to look for.

All the caulking on the roof looks clean. Make sure it's lap sealant and not silicone. Also inspect the backup camera setup well. That is not a factory looking item. The mattress edges look odd. Make absolutely sure there is no sign of water leakage inside. That flooring looks like real wood. Walk all around and feel closely for any flexing. Floor repair is a bugger.

If it passes muster, that looks like a really good deal.

Don't be overly suspicious of a low mileage rig vs one with 10K+ miles per year. Our 2004 Tioga 26Q has only 9000 miles on odomoter. Our motorhoming plans were curtailed/delayed by serious health problems, a home remodel, and an adult son moving in with us. We have had the roof AC, and fridge replaced and I have replaced the fresh water pump, converter charger and new awning fabric . Micelin tires were replaced with the recall. If we were to sell it, it would be bargain, only negative would be sun faded graphics. Not ready to sell, hope to do some more motorhoming in our mid 70's.

The floor plan is almost identical to our winnebago. you did not indicate how many to use 2 or 3 or. Like ours it does not offer a lot of storage space so determine what will be important. Overall it looks nice but get it checked out to be sure all is ok. price seems reasonable, but again check it all out for wear, seems to be unusual for a fridge to go out unless it was something else?
