Upper temps will vary greatly with the season and the location. I found that the upper temp limit is really not too critical as long as all of your tires are running in the same approximate pressure range.
Set your TPMS for about 20 psi over what you feel is the correct psi based on your coach weight. Set the low for about 10 psi lower than your optimal pressure and just see how things go.
What you are looking for is one tire to do something strange like running way too hot or the pressure going way too low.
Do not do what some people do during the Winter low temperatures and ignore the low pressure warning in the morning and just drive until the tire heats up and the alarm goes off. Adjust your tire psi as outside temperatures dictate.
