update on oil pan

I got my C7 oil pan changed out yesterday with little different oil pan from the truck supply company. It had the drain on the bottom but has the same height of the old pan. I appeared to have a longer sump than the old one. I had my oil dipstick calibrated for the 19 quart level in my old pan and when I filled the new pan it took 23 quarts to reach the same level. I forgot to take pictures so non for posting. It wasn't a bad job as i just had to reposition a cross over pipe from the cooling system.:)
