Sounds like ours, '06 Winnie Outlook 29b. We have 40000 miles on ours, no major issues on ours.
Weight We're right at or a couple of hundred pounds over on rear axle, when fully loaded. Lots of capacity left on front.
When travelling, just make sure the air bags on rear axle are inflated to 70 psi. AND tire pressure very important, max 80 psi on rears, but only 65 to 70 in front. 80 psi in front tires does lead to a handling nightmare.
In addition to checking the usually caulking an leak issues, check the side of the roof, where the fibreglass roof fits into the extrusion on top of the sidewalls. This sealant/adhesive holds the roof in place as well as waterproofing, ours started to crack after about 6yrs, I've heard of other stories where the fibreglass has popped out and sections ripped away when driving.
