Van for 4 with example of what I am looking for

I used to own a Class B Falcon about 10 years ago when it was just my wife and I. We knew we would not use it much for awhile and rather than let it sit and rot we sold it after our last 10 week trip...

I believe a 90s Airstream, Great West Van, Holidaire, Horizon, Falcon might fill the bill for you. They all had models with the upstairs bedroom. Some had a side sofa and some had a booth dinette, with the full bath in the rear.
