Quite right. I graduated from the Skuiji Fish Market shushi school program. You can carry your shushi kit with you on the road and use pre made sticky rice. I am not really fond of sushi with raw fish etc although I make really tasty ones--for others!I make California rolls for the kids. Rvers for sure in Japan wouldnt be doing sophisticated cooking like some of us do and their Hibachis and small grils are usually innovative but quite basic and compact. Those units wouldnt generally have showers as the Japanese will be able to use outside, clean facilities, normally.
