I'm replacing my slideout covers and when I removed the one for the livingroom/dining area slide, I notice that the fiberglass, where the channel is on the coach, (not the slide itself), has pulled away a little. What adhesive or sealant should I use to fix this? Would liquid nails be ok?

That would be some delamination starting. You can toss some glue in there but don't expect great results. Having said that, with the screws going back in it might do a decent job. Just be 100% sure there is no place for any leaks to happen. Chances are some moisture got in there somehow, you need to be sure it doesn't happen again.
There are 24 hours in every day - it all depends on how you choose to use them.

For a permanent fix, I would use 3M 5200 which is available in regular and fast curing types. Available in marine stores, Amazon and many other places.
