brought in the awnings, disconnected water, sewer and BBQ, removed tire covers, the waited for more tsunami news. As it got closer to Zero hour, started the rig an built up the air, started the gen set and pulled and stored the shore power cord.
Then nothing much happened--a few surges but no big deal so back went the shore power and out went the slides.
Now the tide is high--the first surges were at low tide, and surges are continuing, but more frequent and faster swings, and shorter intervals and amplitude.
We are about bit over a meter above the maximum surge, so we were watching closely. Looks like it's settling down so off to bed!
