Waiting and hoping for a nice "Indian Summer" as it was freezing again this morning.
What a season we had! First the floods, then the record high temps, and now this cold windy fall.
Today I'm starting to pack the Class A for the trip south for the winter. Tomorrow I'll change oil, grease, air up tires, and generally check things over.
You can always join the flock you know :) after last winters gentle temps I'm thinking this winter will even up the score in the northland.
Hopefully we'll ride that "Indian Summer" all the way down south, but I'm not counting on it.
The June flood was something else! Glad we were on high ground. The sump pump was sure working hard for a while.
You guys have fun down south. I'm in a drug study for my lungs so I kinda stuck up here for the duration (study has been going on for 6 years so far. They are bringing in more people to keep the FDA happy.). But we did spend one winter in Mesa 7 years ago. So we continue to "embrace" winter.
