Fired it up a week ago to take it in to find out why it had been overheating going down to Cougar and then back home. Wouldn't start, just blew out white smoke and sounded like it was flooded. Finally got it started the next AM, but after starting it had a very metallic squeal and what looked like the alternator stopped turning and the fan belt popped. Mech said to bring it in anyway. Turned out to be the A/Ccompressor that had frozen.OOppss. Checked on it today and they're waiting for parts. Told me that it took over a day just to pull the compressor and find the dryer. The bolts on the compressor were hard to get at and were all rusted and the dryer was up over the top of the gennie under the floor. Missed camping at Fort Worden for seven days over the 4th and we've had those res since July 5th of last year, but I got next years res on the 1st of this July. Got another trip coming up next thursday to Paterson Wa to go on a special wine tasting tour, but have to wait till next week to see if we're taking the MH. Bummer.:?
