First trip of yr this coming week- sanitized water after getting all air out of lines from winter draining. Started generator snd ran for hr, turned water heater on snd made sure had hot water.Checked out frig, took levelers up and down, changed linens, cleaned out all cabinets - why did I ever keep all that stuff and never use! Restocked dog food and changed bedding in crates- 6 of them- loaded show items - my clothes tomorrow.
Will start frig tomorrow and drive to have tires checked and fill gas tank and propane.
Oh and also rain-ex' the windshield ...I am sure I forgot something!
But just love the convience of sleeping in my RV on the dog show site!
With daylight savings this weekend the early mornings will be even earlier:)

Ordered Henderson super steer springs, check, got new tie rods, check, removed old tie rods, disconnected shock, disconnected sway bar, beat on lower ball joint for what seemed like forever, also used a pickle fork to no avail. Finally got the big sledge and whacked the******out of it, finally let loose. The dust cover was ripped from the pickle fork so now I got new lower ball joints that I have to put it. Then off to harbor freight to get a cheap ball joint press to remove and install..... WHEW long day... Hopefully tomorrow morning I Can get everything back together.... Then start all over agin on the driver side... :-s

Do you have a Auto Zone nearby? You can use their ball joint press for free.

Just bought 4 Trojan T-105's to replace the two factory NAPA 12 volts. Going to relocate the Chassis battery unter the hood and fit the 4 batteries where the 3 used to be under the entry step. I may have to modify it a little, but I pretty sure it will work. I'll post pictures when I'm done.

Also installed a Wilson 3G amp for my Cradlepoint hub and ATT Sierra USB 3g Dongle. Mounted a RV antenna on the outside. Maybe we'll have better signals now when we travel.

Port side lockers all stowed except for the stinky-slinky, water hose and leveling blocks all of which are still in use.

Weber Baby Q degreased, washed and stored, towbar is on the jeep....

Two more packing up days before we begin the slow trek north Wednesday morning.

Completed all-electric conversion...galley now has 23c.f.sxs refrig/freezer/icemaker. New convection/broiler/microwave, 2 induction cook tops, 2nd microwave, electric heat/fireplace, elec. hot water/gas htr. Only propane now is for outdoor grilling/water heater supplement and "Buddy" supplemental heating. DW never liked propane cooking so removed 3burner/oven and installed pull out cabinets for cookware. Also installed 2000w sine wave inverter/charger and 120w solar panels.

Rattle trap is great stuff. I did the cab in our past E-450 C coach and it made it much quieter.

Ouch! Oh well, we have been managing without ours since late November. Our problem is hydraulic and an easy fix but can't get parts in Mexico, besides which I have replacement parts at home, from a unit whose motor failed a few years ago. Our jacks will extend but won't retract with out bleeding the hydraulic pressure! Once was enough. They will stay up until fixed!

We manage OK with leveling blocks. The draw backs are that the rig will rock noticeably when we step in and out. It can be annoying when I am snoozing on the couch and DW comes in for something!

Once during a rainstorm we lost our Starchoice satellite signal but got it back my moving to the other side of the rig! (The dish is on the roof). We later pointed the dish a little more accurately!

Installed three CCTV cam's to guard our baby at home. High tech recorder/controller will email and call me if something happens. Cameras work day or night. Can look in and check things from cell. Records court quality pictures. Cool stuff. Now all I have to do is figure out how to add video to the RV tracking system.
